About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an On Call Spa Attendant to join their Spa team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and luxurious experience for guests by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the spa, fitness center, and pool facilities. Reporting to Spa Leadership, the Spa Attendant plays a key role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring all guest areas are fully stocked, organized, and inviting.
Requirements

- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Work authorization in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional, and personalized experience.
- Assist guests with spa, fitness, and hotel-related inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the spa, fitness center, locker rooms, and pool areas.
- Set up and replenish amenities, linens, refreshments, and guest supplies throughout the day.
- Complete daily opening and closing responsibilities to brand standards.
- Support retail operations and maintain merchandise displays.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all areas meet Four Seasons standards of cleanliness, safety, and luxury.
