About The Position

Tierra Santa Healing House at Faena New York is preparing to open its doors and is building its founding team. Rooted in ancient healing traditions and modern wellness, Tierra Santa offers a holistic, guest-centered approach to well-being. The Spa Attendant supports the daily operation and guest experience of the spa by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all spa facilities. This role is essential to creating a calm, luxurious, and seamless environment for guests before, during, and after treatments. Spa Attendants ensure that all amenities, treatment areas, and guest spaces consistently meet Faena New York’s standards of excellence and hospitality.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong service orientation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a quiet, guest-focused environment

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests into the spa with warmth and professionalism
  • Assist guests with locker room orientation, amenities, and general spa inquiries
  • Ensure guest comfort throughout their spa visit, anticipating needs discreetly
  • Support VIP guests and special requests in coordination with Spa leadership
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, lounges, wet areas, and relaxation spaces
  • Replenish towels, robes, slippers, water, and amenities throughout the day
  • Monitor steam rooms, saunas, showers, and relaxation areas to ensure proper conditions
  • Ensure all guest areas are serene, orderly, and guest-ready at all times
  • Assist therapists and aestheticians by preparing treatment rooms when needed
  • Restock treatment rooms with linens, supplies, and products as directed
  • Collect soiled linens and coordinate with laundry for timely replenishment
  • Report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues promptly to Spa leadership
  • Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols
  • Maintain discretion and respect for guest privacy at all times
  • Adhere to grooming, uniform, and professional conduct standards
  • Support opening and closing procedures of the spa
