As a Part Time Spa Attendant at the WELL Spa, Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you’ll ensure a pristine and serene environment, keeping the locker rooms and spa facilities spotless, so guests can fully relax and enjoy their wellness experience. Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. Requirements

• Prior cleaning experience in a full service hotel environment is preferred.
• Must have great customer service experience.
• Enjoys proactively using their creativity to personalize the guest experience.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to ensure a superior guest experience.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and handle trash to maintain locker room cleanliness.
• Work with cleaning products and chemicals.
• Stock restrooms with necessary supplies.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
