Spa Attendant (Summer Seasonal)
About The Position
Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Summer Seasonal Spa Attendant. We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and the ability to multitask are essential. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all spa guests feel welcomed. Requirements
- Prior experience working in a spa or fitness center.
- Have great customer service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
- Valid work authorization for Canada
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain spa facilities, including refreshments, locker rooms, workout areas, and pre-treatment rooms.
- Interact with guests with the utmost hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests and addressing questions related to spa services.
- Perform light cleaning duties in the showers, washroom, and locker room areas.
- Accommodating special requests whenever possible, resolving guest questions in connection with spa services.
