About The Position

The Spa Attendant plays a vital role in catering to the needs of all guests, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable in the spa environment. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa, locker rooms, and pool lounge. The role also involves providing guests with tours of the locker room and pool area, coordinating treatment schedules, and advising guests on Spa treatment options to ensure they have the best possible spa experience.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of guest service experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with compact timeframes.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Capability to assess a situation for danger or safety issues and act accordingly.
• Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently.
• Physically able to lift up to 75lbs, reach, stretch, bend, and walk for an extended period.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guests feel welcome and comfortable in the spa environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all Spa guests, answering questions promptly and assisting with special requests.
• Assist guests to and from their treatment rooms and provide tours of the locker rooms and different Spa areas.
• Sell and serve food and beverage items to spa guests.
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guests.
• Advise on Spa treatments and help coordinate guest schedules.
• Performing daily cleaning and maintenance of spa equipment, such as relaxation lounges, shower areas, indoor pool, and other physical tasks.
• Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
