Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or housekeeping preferred
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards
  • Understanding of spa or wellness environments is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, calm, and team-oriented demeanor
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Comfortable working in humid or warm environments steam rooms, saunas, pool areas)
  • Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with spa orientation, services, and amenities
  • Support check-in/check-out processes, including distributing robes, towels, and slippers
  • Respond promptly to guest needs and elevate to management as needed, and anticipate ways to enhance their experience
  • Maintain a calm, professional environment while ensuring guest privacy and comfort
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across all spa areas, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, lounges, saunas, steam rooms, fitness, and pool areas
  • Sanitize surfaces, equipment, and high-touch areas in accordance with health and safety standards
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure spaces are clean, safe, stocked, and fully operational
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns as needed
  • Restock linens, robes, towels, toiletries, beverages, and spa amenities
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
  • Assist with laundry operations, including collecting, washing, folding, and distributing items
  • Prepare and reset treatment rooms and spa areas to established standards
  • Assist therapists and team members with room turnover and daily operations
  • Support opening and closing duties, including pre- and post-shift tasks
  • Assist with special events and ensure equipment is clean, functional, and properly stored
  • Follow all company and departmental policies, including meal and rest breaks, grooming and uniform standards, timekeeping, and professional conduct, and service excellence
  • Adhere to sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times
  • Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning products and equipment
  • Promote safe guest use of spa facilities and participate in ongoing training
  • Collaborate with spa team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Communicate effectively and support colleagues during busy periods
  • Contribute ideas to improve service and overall guest experience
