Requirements

• Customer service or retail experience.
• At least 3 months of experience in a spa or office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability (7 days a week).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them to their spa destination.
• Answer calls and book appointments.
• Explain spa services, prices, and policies.
• Keep retail shelves and service receipts tidy and organized.
