Responsibilities

  • Drive membership sales by confidently presenting our wellness membership program to every eligible guest
  • Consult and recommend services, upgrades, and retail products tailored to each client's needs
  • Convert first-time guests into loyal members through genuine relationship-building and follow-through
  • Communicate promotions and service options clearly and persuasively
  • Deliver a 5-star client experience from the first phone call through checkout
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the full spa service menu
  • Uphold spa cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations
