Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Crystal Lake, IL, is seeking a Spa Associate for the weekends. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding! We understand having a busy schedule and we are here to help! Requirements

• Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must have 3-5 years of sales
• Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
• Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals
• Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Perform various other duties as assigned
