We provide training for motivated, customer-focused individuals who are eager to learn sales and guest experience skills.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or spa experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable initiating sales conversations and confidently asking for the sale
  • Goal-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Basic computer and phone skills

Responsibilities

  • Create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for every guest
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with our mission to make each visit the best hour of the guest’s month
  • Greet guests, check clients in and out, and ensure smooth appointment flow
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and positively
  • Build strong relationships with members and guests through personalized service
  • Meet and exceed membership sales goals
  • Educate guests on membership benefits, spa services, skincare products, and enhancements
  • Recommend upgrades, add-ons, and future appointments to maximize the guest experience
  • Promote massage, facial, and wellness services to new and existing clients
  • Support spa promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
  • Answer inbound calls to schedule appointments and assist with guest inquiries
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate bookings and membership interest
  • Follow up with leads, missed appointments, and member retention opportunities
  • Maintain accurate appointment scheduling and client information
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and spa environment
  • Support daily opening and closing procedures
  • Assist with laundry, stocking supplies, and overall spa presentation
  • Ensure compliance with spa policies, sanitation standards, and operational procedures
