Requirements

1 year related experience preferred

Nice To Haves

CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Spa & Fitness environment
Oversee all areas including fitness center, locker rooms, spa, pool, Kids Club, lobby, and tennis areas
Perform routine walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness
Wipe down fitness equipment regularly and respond to immediate cleaning needs
Monitor deliveries and keep all spaces stocked with necessary supplies
Operate retail and point-of-sale systems with accuracy
Process payments for services, retail, food & beverage, and gift cards
Track member attendance and post charges accordingly
Complete daily transactions and maintain organized records
Greet members and guests warmly and professionally
Manage check-ins and facility access
Schedule spa services, appointments, and confirmations
Answer phones, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly
Resolve questions and concerns with professionalism and care
Stay informed on club events, offerings, and communications
Promote spa services, fitness offerings, and private lessons
Assist with department initiatives, events, and programming
Support cross-departmental events when needed
Attend trainings, meetings, and contribute to team success
