Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) or Aircraft Maintenance Technician in aircraft maintenance, engine assembly, inspection, testing, or related aviation maintenance.
OR a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with relevant aviation experience.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A customer-first mindset with the ability to remain calm during high-priority situations.
Confidence learning new technologies and digital tools.
Solid understanding of gas turbine engines and aircraft systems.
This position is based in a French-speaking work environment. A strong working knowledge of English is required to read technical documentation and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and international colleagues.

Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support to customers operating Pratt & Whitney Canada engines.
Support urgent Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations to help return aircraft to service as quickly as possible.
Troubleshoot engine and maintenance issues by working with customers and internal technical experts.
Coordinate with engineering, logistics, supply chain, field support, rental engine teams, and other specialists to deliver timely solutions.
Manage customer cases from initial contact through resolution using our CRM system.
Build strong relationships with customers by providing responsive, professional technical support.
Share knowledge and collaborate with experienced specialists across the organization.
Continuously develop your expertise on Pratt & Whitney Canada engines and products.
