This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule. On-site presence is required for work shifts at our facilities in Longueil, Qc.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) or Aircraft Maintenance Technician in aircraft maintenance, engine assembly, inspection, testing, or related aviation maintenance.
  • OR a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with relevant aviation experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to remain calm during high-priority situations.
  • Confidence learning new technologies and digital tools.
  • Solid understanding of gas turbine engines and aircraft systems.
  • This position is based in a French-speaking work environment. A strong working knowledge of English is required to read technical documentation and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and international colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support to customers operating Pratt & Whitney Canada engines.
  • Support urgent Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations to help return aircraft to service as quickly as possible.
  • Troubleshoot engine and maintenance issues by working with customers and internal technical experts.
  • Coordinate with engineering, logistics, supply chain, field support, rental engine teams, and other specialists to deliver timely solutions.
  • Manage customer cases from initial contact through resolution using our CRM system.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing responsive, professional technical support.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate with experienced specialists across the organization.
  • Continuously develop your expertise on Pratt & Whitney Canada engines and products.
