About The Position

RHUbique Talents inc. is seeking candidates to fill a SEM Specialist position for one of its clients operating in the fashion sector. Under the supervision of the Director of Digital Acquisition, the SEM Specialist will be responsible for the development, creation, monitoring, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various media for the client.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and advertising on search engines, social media, and digital platforms (SEM)
  • Bilingual, both oral and written (the person will have to work with partners outside of Quebec)
  • Knowledge of best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing, SEM, and SEO
  • Ability to manage multiple high-budget SEM projects
  • Creative mindset, sustained interest in the fashion industry and in advertising copywriting
  • Proficiency in the following tools: GA4 360, Google Ads (Search Ads 360, DV 360), Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads and Analytics, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn, Bing
  • Analytical and performance-oriented mindset: You master data and performance indicators (KPI, ROI, ROAS) to transform numbers into concrete and profitable strategies.
  • Digital strategy and creativity: You know how to combine analysis and innovation to build impactful acquisition campaigns, optimized for search engines and social media.
  • Curiosity and marketing intelligence: You stay on top of market trends, advertising novelties, and competitor movements to identify the best acquisition opportunities.
  • Collaboration and agility: You work in synergy with internal and external teams, share your analyses and recommendations, and adjust your strategies with agility based on results.
  • Rigor and attention to detail: You ensure that each campaign is well-targeted, optimized, and aligned with business objectives, from the initial brief to the performance report.

Responsibilities

  • Implement media planning and integrate acquisition strategy
  • Contribute to the development of KPIs, strategies, and customer acquisition campaigns
  • Create, coordinate, and manage customer acquisition strategies and campaigns on search engines and social media
  • Optimize campaign content to maximize performance
  • Utilize AI for campaign optimization and content creation to increase efficiency
  • Contribute to planning between internal and external teams
  • Research and analyze keywords in collaboration with the SEO Specialist to target the best PPC strategies
  • Create, analyze, and correct texts and 'text ads' respecting referencing standards for advertising campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and write analyses and recommendations related to campaigns to improve ROI and ROAS
  • Develop, implement, and monitor acquisition programs
  • Develop traffic acquisition strategies with internal teams
  • Contribute to increasing conversion rates and sales by implementing various customer acquisition strategies
  • Conduct marketing intelligence on online advertising and analyze competitor websites to identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate, listen, and react to customer acquisition opportunities raised by other departments
  • Create weekly and monthly reports indicating efforts and impact on the performance of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media
  • Monitor, measure, and track search metrics and analyze trends
  • Collaborate on various digital projects
