Requirements

  • A relevant diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Significant experience in financial management/accounting
  • Experience training including virtual, classroom, group or individual training
  • Demonstrated ability to work with external clients to understand and collate their needs
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and superior aptitude for organization and follow-up
  • Excellent communication skills, in French and in English (because we have English-speaking customers) and be customer service oriented
  • Available to travel frequently
  • Available to work flexible hours

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the construction industry (an asset)
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing ERP-type products, including maestro (an asset)

Responsibilities

  • Prepares and trains customers on using maestro
  • Models and documents the processes in use by the customers while formulating recommendations to optimize their business processes
  • Designs learning materials
  • Assists Maestro customers with the system go-live
  • Carries out high-quality implementations that will yield positive references from our customers
  • Provides recommendations to the project management team (customer and Maestro) on the best way to deploy projects given a customer’s specific context
  • Acts in a proactive manner by suggesting modifications to the deployment calendar in order to enhance the value of the project
  • Provides recommendations and assists customers while conducting the necessary integrated tests when deploying maestro
  • Delivers training sessions to our customer base
  • Collaborates with the Software Support team
  • Collaborates with management on various special projects
