About The Position

TEHORA is currently looking for an Intermediate Vulnerability and Security Management Specialist to participate in the identification, analysis, prioritization, and remediation of vulnerabilities that could affect the security of technological infrastructures and information assets.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as information technology, cybersecurity, or software engineering.
  • Possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on vulnerability management.
  • Have experience with Tenable.io, Tenable.SC, or OpenVAS.
  • Master Microsoft Sentinel for monitoring, event correlation, and alert creation.
  • Possess experience in producing security dashboards and reports.
  • Have participated in the automation of vulnerability prioritization and tracking.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the vulnerability management lifecycle.
  • Have good knowledge of Azure and hybrid environments.
  • Know repositories and standards such as CIS Benchmarks, CVSS, and MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Possess good knowledge of Windows and Linux systems.
  • Have knowledge of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and segmentation.
  • Possess general knowledge of application security.
  • Master Python for automating cybersecurity-related tasks.
  • Possess functional knowledge of English.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, organizational, and professional rigor.

Responsibilities

  • Perform vulnerability analyses on technological infrastructures.
  • Identify, prioritize, and track vulnerabilities based on their risk level.
  • Ensure follow-up on remediation plans and security patches.
  • Participate in monitoring the security posture of technological environments.
  • Implement and maintain security dashboards and indicators.
  • Produce reports for various stakeholders.
  • Participate in automation activities related to vulnerability management.
  • Collaborate with operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.
  • Conduct technological and security watch.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and practices.
