About The Position

Progesys Inc. is a recognized firm in industrial project management and their optimal transitions from construction to operation. The company has been based in Laval (Canada) since 2002 and has offices in the United States, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will execute recruitment strategies for a wide variety of positions (at headquarters and on assignment with our clients).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or industrial relations.
5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
Bilingualism essential (English and French), third language an asset (bilingualism is required for this position as the employee will need to communicate with stakeholders who do not speak French).
Expertise in searching for passive candidates and social media.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Outlook tools, including Word and Excel.
Strong results orientation.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Carry out all stages of the staffing process: write and post job openings, screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, check references, etc.
Act as an expert and advisor on recruitment process, candidate markets, and resources.
Present adapted recruitment strategies and communicate the progress of initiatives.
Proactively search for candidates to fill existing positions and build a talent pool to meet future needs, including executive search (headhunting) and sourcing.
