About The Position

The sales specialist drives sales in their department through exceptional customer service. Their role is to accurately identify customer needs and advise them in order to close sales. They serve as a reference for our clientele; they are present to guide customers on how to execute their projects, while presenting the various features and benefits of our merchandise selection. The departments the specialist may be assigned to include: Decoration (blinds and wallpapers), Flooring, Kitchens and Bathrooms, Millwork (doors and windows), and Appliances.
Requirements
- Experience in a sales-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work a variable schedule.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to lift a load of up to 23 kg (50 lb), alone or with the help of a colleague.
- Attention to detail and autonomy, while also being able to work in a team.
Responsibilities
