It is with this view and vision that we are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist, based out of our Canadian headquarters in Laval, QC.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
• Proficiency and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel)
• Ability to adapt to a variety of tasks
• Quality work/service orientation
• Interpersonal communication/teamwork

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of an ERP is an asset

Responsibilities

• Manage AP email box
• Process invoices in the ERP system
• Reconciliation of accounts payable accounts with suppliers’ statements
• Analysis of accrued accounts payable
• Make payments to suppliers
• Process expense accounts
• Maintain accounts payable in the system
• Reconcile the GL vs. the Accounts Payable auxiliary
• Produce and analyze accounts payable aging balance (credit/old invoices)
• Reconcile vendor accounts
• Carry out various special mandates or any other related tasks.
