About The Position
AlphaGov delivers public-sector classification and compensation studies for municipalities and related agencies. We are seeking experienced SE municipal classification and compensation consultants for active and upcoming pursuits in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. Examples of potential clients include Beaufort SC, Myrtle Beach, and Cary NC.
Requirements
- Experience in municipal (city/county) classification and/or compensation study delivery
- Ability to lead or support job analysis, market pricing, structure design, and client workshops
- Comfortable as 1099 / project-based
- Willingness to travel as needed for client on-sites
Nice To Haves
- Prior SE municipal or school-district public-sector references
- CCP / SPHR / similar credentials
