Position Overview This part-time position requires a 5%25 to 10%25 time commitment. HDR is seeking a Regional Traffic Engineering Business Class Lead to guide the growth, diversification, and overall performance of traffic engineering services across the region. This role is responsible for expanding capabilities in traffic design, traffic analysis, and safety studies through service diversification and geographic growth This position partners closely with Regional, Area, and Business Class leadership to align services with client needs and market drivers. It is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, aligning staffing and technical capabilities with market opportunities, and advancing professional services with improved technical competencies, best practices, and consistent, high-quality outcomes.
