About The Position

Monarch Management Group, Inc. (MMG) is a growing property management company specializing in affordable housing. We are seeking an energetic, highly organized professional with strong leadership and communication skills to serve as an Assistant Regional Property Manager for our South Central Pennsylvania portfolio. The Assistant Regional Property Manager will assist with the oversight and supervision of Site Managers and affordable housing communities throughout South Central Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated professional who works well as part of a team, can manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position requires regular communication with property staff, residents, regulatory agencies, vendors, and company leadership. MMG is seeking a dependable and motivated professional who takes initiative, demonstrates sound judgment, and is committed to supporting the successful operation of our affordable housing communities.

Nice To Haves

  • At least three years of experience working with affordable housing or property management programs
  • Working knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, USDA Rural Development, Section 8, or other affordable housing programs
  • Experience supervising, training, and supporting property management staff
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based document storage systems
  • Experience using Yardi property management software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and professional correspondence
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet established deadlines
  • The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the oversight and supervision of Site Managers and affordable housing communities throughout South Central Pennsylvania.
  • Regular communication with property staff, residents, regulatory agencies, vendors, and company leadership.
