Reporting to the Vice-President, Transport, you will manage new business and renewals across Canada while contributing to the continued expansion of our portfolio.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of insurance experience, preferably within the Transport sector
Strong knowledge of policy wording and underwriting principles
Analytical mindset with confident decision-making abilities
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Highly organized with a strong sense of accountability and priorities

Nice To Haves

Insurance diploma (considered an asset)
Experience with Guidewire (considered an asset)

Responsibilities

Underwrite, develop, and manage new business and renewals in line with program and contract guidelines
Evaluate, accept, or decline risks within your underwriting authority
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers through exceptional service and regular outreach
Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to drive results
Represent Revau at industry events and strengthen market presence
Stay informed on market conditions, trends, and emerging risks in commercial insurance
Ensure accurate and timely policy issuance and billing
