Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Sous Chef to coordinate and facilitate all food preparation, presentation, and service procedures as directed by the Director of F&B. This role involves monitoring the quality and quantity of prepared food, ensuring proper rotation and utilization of stored food to prevent waste, and overseeing employee performance and staffing levels. The Sous Chef will also ensure that kitchen and storage areas are clean, sanitary, and meet health and safety standards, requisition stock according to business needs, and delegate work assignments.
