About The Position

This position is responsible for food service operations and requires knowledge of food safety and preparation techniques. The Sous Chef must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively, and possess the physical ability to perform the duties of the position with reasonable accommodations. Overtime work is required.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Experience working in institutional food preparation or related field
  • Must have a ServSafe Certification or willing to obtain upon hire
  • Experience working as a cook/chef required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in skilled-nursing facility a plus
