About The Position

Restaurant Associates is seeking a Sous Chef to support culinary operations for Amazon in the Boston Seaport. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team offering quality-driven foodservice with a Monday–Friday schedule and early start time (approximately 6:00 AM). Requirements

  • Culinary experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or contract foodservice
  • Some progressive kitchen or culinary leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and food cost controls
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office and email
  • Excellent hospitality and communication skills
  • ServSafe certified

Nice To Haves

  • Catering and high-volume foodservice experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef with daily production and culinary execution
  • Support menu development and catering operations
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and kitchen standards
  • Assist with food cost controls and operational efficiency
  • Support multiple outlets including café, coffee bar, catering, and markets
