Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen alongside the Executive Chef and drive daily operations
  • Ensure every dish reflects our standards for quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing culinary team
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment
  • Support inventory, ordering, and cost management
