About The Position

This role is responsible for supervising kitchen operations, assisting with the selection, training, and supervision of culinary staff, and preparing foods. The Sous Chef ensures menu quality and consistency from receiving and inspecting raw food to preparation and presentation. This position also promotes positive relations and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • College degree, may substitute additional experience for degree.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of appropriate experience.
  • Strong organizational, culinary and supervisory skills.
  • Able to perform assigned duties safely and efficiently.
