This role involves providing customer service to residents, visitors, and staff, assisting the executive chef with daily culinary and administrative tasks, and maintaining order and discipline in the kitchen. The Sous Chef will also become proficient in all kitchen functions and cross-train staff on preparation, arrangement, and plating of dishes. A key aspect of this role is to maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of residents.
