Chula Seafood Uptown is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Sous Chef to join their leadership team at one of the Valley’s busiest and most established locations. This is a hands-on role focused on executing the chef-driven menu while collaborating on specials and seasonal features with the culinary team. The ideal candidate is eager to grow, lead, and advance their career. As Sous Chef, the individual will assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards across all shifts. This involves leading the line, coaching cooks, and maintaining smooth operations in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment. Chula Seafood, family-owned and operated since 2015, was founded to bring responsibly sourced, high-quality seafood to the desert. They operate their own seafood processing facility in Point Loma, CA, ensuring unmatched traceability and freshness. The Uptown location is a high-volume, high-energy cornerstone of the brand known for building strong teams.
