Naked Farmer is seeking a dedicated and motivated Sous Chef for a new restaurant opening in Nashville in 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of establishing a restaurant from the ground up, helping to build a strong culture, deliver exceptional hospitality, and grow with the company. Naked Farmer is a farm-to-table restaurant group focused on scratch-made, healthy, and affordable meals, celebrating seasonality and innovation to create a sustainable food system. As a Sous Chef, you will assist Restaurant Leaders in fostering culinary and hospitality excellence in a scratch-based kitchen. Your passion for cooking will be key as you perfect your craft at various stations, consistently execute recipes and processes, and actively train the team. You will provide guidance and leadership, invest in team development, lead during peak service, address guest concerns, and embody best practices in culinary and system operations. Your role will involve engaging in pre-shift meetings, managing shifts, training new culinary team members, and ensuring tasks are completed punctually and to quality standards.
