About The Position

Piatti Seattle is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. This role is central to keeping our standards consistent - every plate, every shift. This position requires an open schedule to work weekends and closing shifts. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a full-service, high-volume kitchen. Hands-on experience with ordering, inventory management, and staff scheduling - this is a core part of the role, not a secondary duty. Comfort working on a computer, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ease learning kitchen management systems (recipe/inventory costing, ordering, and scheduling platforms). A LITTLE ABOUT US Established in 1987, Piatti is a fresh take on the neighborhood Italian restaurant offering Italian cuisine, finely-crafted, with authenticity. The soul of the menu is our house-made pasta that we roll, cut and cook by hand every day. Piatti combines a warm, inviting atmosphere, seamless service and a gourmet takeaway experience. Whether dining in or taking home, Piatti brings friends and family together.
