Naked Farmer is seeking a dedicated and motivated Sous Chef for a new restaurant opening in Nashville in 2026. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of establishing a strong culture, delivering exceptional hospitality, and growing with a pioneering farm-to-table restaurant group. As a Sous Chef, you will assist Restaurant Leaders in fostering culinary and hospitality excellence within a scratch-based kitchen. Your passion for cooking will be key as you perfect your craft, execute recipes and processes, and train team members to enhance collective knowledge. You will provide guidance and leadership, invest in team development, lead during peak service, address guest concerns, and embody best practices in culinary and system operations. Your initiative in pre-shift meetings, shift management, and training new culinary team members will be crucial. You will ensure tasks are completed punctually and to quality standards.
