Oliva is looking for strong sous chefs to help lead our kitchen team in an upscale, high-energy downtown restaurant. This is a great opportunity for a serious kitchen professional who brings leadership, organization, speed, and pride to every shift. We're looking for someone who can support kitchen standards, help lead service, and keep the team focused and productive.
Requirements
- Experienced in a professional kitchen
- Strong leaders and team players
- Clean, organized, and reliable
- Comfortable managing busy service
- Able to support prep, line execution, and kitchen standards
- Good communicators with a positive attitude
- Available nights and weekends
- Experience required
