Your responsibilities will include assisting in all aspects of planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation, ensuring adherence to client culture, Health Department regulations, and company standards for food quality, freshness, and presentation. You will also play a key role in motivating, training, developing, and directing back-of-house associates to achieve operational objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
