As a Sous Chef, you will support the successful operation of the Culinary Department within a high-volume corporate dining account at Norwegian in Miami, FL. In this role, you will assist in overseeing daily food production, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards. You will contribute to menu planning and execution, including the development of daily features, and oversee the preparation, cooking, and garnishment of a variety of menu items. This position also includes supervising hourly team members, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and supporting inventory management and ordering processes. Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will play a key role in driving culinary innovation, enhancing the guest experience, and delivering a high-quality, efficient dining program.
