The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting in the success of all back of house operations while collaborating with and receiving direct mentorship from the Head Chef. In addition to the daily tasks of kitchen operations, this individual assists in menu development, inventory management, and equipment upkeep. This role is key to the continued development of the back of house team members’ skills and ensures they are executing preparation and menu item recipes to the Head Chef’s specifications. As a core member of the restaurant leadership team, the Sous Chef will typically work during our periods of high volume while modeling our company values through their interactions with staff and guests.
