This Sous Chef position is a key role within the cafe, operating as the second in command under the Kitchen Manager and/or Executive Chef. The Sous Chef is responsible for upholding Hard Rock's culinary standards, ensuring food quality, proper preparation, and timely service. This role also involves supporting senior leadership in maintaining brand standards, core values, and achieving business objectives.
