About The Position

Our Sous Chefs play a vital role in our culinary operations and utilize their culinary skills and attention to detail to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
  • 1+ year of hospitality-related experience (preferred)
  • Valid Food Handler's Certification (within first week of employment)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to take direction
  • Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
  • Flexible schedule
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
  • Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients
  • Assisting with cooking and preparing main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks
  • Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
  • Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing equipment at the end of shifts
  • Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
  • Work Private Events as assigned by the Leadership team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • And other duties as assigned
