Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience on a progressive line, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods of time

Nice To Haves

• a degree in culinary arts is preferred, though not required
• Chef de Partie or Chef de Cuisine experience is preferred, as well as experience with catering production

Responsibilities
