Seeking a high energetic Sous Chef for our kitchen and Tavern. Job duties include supervising the preparation of catered and concession food items, evaluating food products to assure that quality standards are consistently achieved, improving menu selection, maintaining kitchen equipment by following appropriate operating guidelines, ensuring full compliance with the Department of Health regulations, performing clean-up and closing procedures, and performing other duties as assigned.
