The Toledo Complex, which includes the Huntington Center and the Glass City Center, is seeking a Sous Chef to support culinary operations across both locations. Reporting to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, this role is responsible for overseeing production, daily operations, and sanitation standards for culinary and stewarding functions. The Sous Chef will play a key role in ensuring high standards of food quality, cost control, and guest satisfaction, while also leading and developing the culinary team.
