Hai Hospitality and LORO, an Asian Smokehouse & Bar is seeking a Sous Chef. We’re looking for a Sous Chef who is collaborative, passionate, humble, and eager to grow with us! This role involves providing guidance and leadership to cooks and kitchen staff, learning to monitor and analyze unit KPIs, and engaging and enriching the kitchen teams. We are looking for individuals who are humble, passionate about good food and creating innovative hospitality experiences, practiced in delivering constructive feedback, enthusiastic and celebrational in their team's successes, possess strong financial / administrative acumen, and have proven success in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
