NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and passionate Sous Chef to support our Retail Operations and Catering. This role reports directly to the General Manager and is essential in delivering high-quality culinary experiences for our clients and customers. The Sous Chef is responsible for the oversight and supervision of culinary and Front of House staff, all service, production, and presentation standards. The Sous Chef will apply culinary techniques to food preparation and manages the final presentation and service of food.
