What you get to do: Gain hands-on working experience and develop their leadership skills, all while working at The World’s Most Beautiful Theme Park! Maintain a supervisory role the back-of-house operations in a high-volume setting. Support changes to menus, operations, and styles of service, etc. Support transitions between major seasonal events. Assist with inventory management, supervising ambassadors, and scheduling.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Culinary or Baking and Pastry program.
  • Full time availability is preferred, but part time availability will also be considered.

  • Academic credit can be received.
  • Program dates are flexible and can be adjusted based on your school's academic calendar.
