About The Position

Santiago's Florida Kitchen & Craft Bar at the Guy Harvey Resort is looking for an experienced PM Sous Chef to join their culinary team. This is a working leadership position where the Sous Chef will be on the line with the team, coaching, teaching, problem-solving, and setting the standard each shift.   • Lead evening kitchen operations
  • Cook alongside your team during service
  • Train and develop line cooks

  • Support labor and food cost goals
  • Execute banquet and special event functions
