The Sourcing Specialist will carry out the most complex market analysis and intelligence activities for the organization. We are looking for a professional who can research data, market information and trends, from logistics providers to increase margins and provide quality service on time; create and maintain modeling tools and systems. In this role, you will analyze data and interpret and execute strategies, sharing best practices.

Requirements

• Professional studies in related fields
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Experience with tools such as Excel and Power BI for data management
• Experience working in Supply Chain processes within the grain market
• Experience in coordination, negotiation, and closing purchases of transportation services.

Nice To Haves

• Intermediate English
• Experience with improvement methodology
• Certifications in transportation and Supply Chain processes

Responsibilities

• Carry out more complex research using easily available internal and external data sources.
• Design and develop more complex analytical modeling tools and systems.
• Perform more complex analyses that require a general understanding of data management and analysis: data design principles, concepts, and practices.
• Independently solve moderately complex problems with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Management, communication, and negotiation with external stakeholders such as strategic suppliers providing services to the business.
• Other duties as assigned.
