In this high-impact role, you'll serve as the front line of our Talent Acquisition team, proactively connecting with top sales, clinical, and leadership talent across the healthcare industry. Your work will directly support our mission by ensuring we have a strong pipeline of exceptional candidates ready to join our compassionate care teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; or equivalent recruiting and sourcing experience.
  • 2+ years of dedicated sourcing experience within corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Proven success identifying, engaging, and cultivating passive candidates.
  • Experience sourcing candidates from competitor organizations, preferably within hospice or healthcare.
  • Advanced proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, internet sourcing tools, and talent research techniques.
  • Experience building high-quality candidate pipelines for sales positions; healthcare or hospice recruiting experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with recruiters or Talent Acquisition Partners by delivering qualified, pre-screened candidates.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
  • Proven success achieving sourcing metrics including outreach volume, response rates, and pipeline generation.
  • A persuasive relationship-builder with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Naturally proactive, competitive, and energized by identifying hard-to-find talent.
  • Highly skilled in Boolean search, talent mapping, market research, and competitor sourcing.
  • Organized with exceptional attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment.
  • Professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Accountable, resilient, and driven by achieving results.
  • Motivated by urgency and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Well-aligned with a Predictive Index Promoter/Persuader/Captain profile (High A, High B, elevated C), demonstrating strong influence, initiative, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for Sales, Clinical, Leadership, and other critical positions across the organization.
  • Build strategic talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, competitor research, networking, and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies focused on attracting high-performing healthcare professionals, particularly from hospice and healthcare competitor organizations.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver qualified, pre-screened candidates aligned with hiring priorities.
  • Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement to generate interest in career opportunities with Agape Care Group.
  • Utilize Boolean search techniques, talent mapping, market research, and other sourcing methodologies to identify hard-to-find talent.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within iCIMS and other recruiting technologies.
  • Monitor sourcing metrics including outreach activity, response rates, pipeline development, and candidate conversion.
  • Represent Agape Care Group as an employer of choice by delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
  • Stay informed on healthcare talent market trends, competitor activity, and innovative sourcing strategies.
