As a Sourcing Specialist supporting Global Workplace Strategy and Site Operations, you will partner closely with internal teams to drive value through strategic sourcing, supplier optimization, and contract negotiations. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related function preferably with exposure to workplace strategy, site operations, real estate, or operational services.
  • Working knowledge of Source‑to‑Contract (S2C) processes and RFx execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial proposals, evaluate cost structures, and develop insights that influence decision‑making.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, critical thinker with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Experience sourcing categories relevant to the categories named above.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support to medium‑ to high-complexity sourcing events across assigned categories, including workplace programs, site operations services, workplace experience initiatives, and operational support vendors.
  • Conduct supplier and market research to identify qualified partners, assess capabilities, and support category strategy development.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Contract lifecycle, including RFx execution, bid analysis, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
  • Evaluate supplier proposals, perform pricing and cost‑model analyses, and develop data‑driven recommendations for business partners.
  • Negotiate master service agreements, statements of work, and amendments in partnership with Legal and internal partners.
  • Track, measure, and report sourcing outcomes, including cost savings, service improvements, and supplier performance metrics.
  • Support ongoing supplier management activities, including quarterly business reviews and performance monitoring.
