This is an opportunity for an experienced procurement leader to shape high-impact sourcing strategies across complex, enterprise-wide categories. As Senior Manager, Corporate Services Sourcing, you will bring market insight, commercial discipline, supplier expertise, and strong stakeholder influence to help the Bank unlock value, manage risk, and strengthen supplier performance. You will partner with senior business leaders, category owners, risk partners, legal, finance, and supplier stakeholders to lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives—from opportunity assessment and market intelligence to negotiation, contracting support, implementation, and benefits tracking. The role is ideal for a procurement professional who enjoys solving complex business problems, influencing spend decisions, and creating measurable enterprise value beyond cost savings. You will help advance a more strategic, data-driven, and consistent sourcing model across the Bank—strengthening category strategy, supplier partnerships, risk management, and procurement’s role as a trusted advisor to the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Management, or a related field
  • 5–10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, supplier management, or supply chain
  • Experience leading sourcing strategies in a large, complex, matrixed, or global organization
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capability, and ability to build compelling sourcing recommendations supported by data and business insight
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change
  • Hands-on experience with spend analysis, supplier segmentation, market assessments, cost modelling, total cost of ownership, and benefits tracking
  • Ability to interpret complex technical, operational, contractual, and financial information and translate it into practical supplier strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present clear recommendations, negotiate effectively, and build trust with business partners and suppliers
  • Familiarity with procurement technologies, e-sourcing tools, contract lifecycle management, supplier management platforms, analytics tools, or ERP systems
  • A continuous improvement mindset and commitment to delivering value, managing risk, and elevating procurement’s impact across the organization

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree is an asset
  • Professional procurement designation such as CPM, CPSM, CSCMP, CIPS, or equivalent is preferred
  • Understanding of third-party risk, regulatory expectations, and procurement governance within financial services or another highly regulated environment is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives across assigned categories, translating business priorities into clear category and sourcing strategies
  • Use spend analysis, market intelligence, supplier capability assessments, and demand insights to identify opportunities for savings, value creation, innovation, and risk reduction
  • Design and execute competitive sourcing events, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, evaluations, supplier shortlisting, negotiation strategies, and award recommendations
  • Negotiate commercially sound supplier agreements that balance total cost of ownership, service quality, risk, flexibility, and long-term business needs
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence sourcing decisions through clear business cases, financial analysis, and procurement expertise
  • Partner with risk, legal, compliance, finance, and business teams to ensure sourcing activities align with internal policies, regulatory expectations, third-party risk standards, and the Bank’s risk appetite
  • Manage supplier relationships during strategic initiatives, including performance expectations, issue resolution, executive engagement, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Identify consolidation, renewal, contract optimization, and supplier rationalization opportunities that improve commercial outcomes and operational efficiency
  • Track sourcing pipeline activity, benefits, risks, milestones, and stakeholder commitments to ensure disciplined execution and transparent reporting
  • Champion procurement best practices, including category planning, supplier relationship management, demand management, negotiation preparation, and benefits realization
  • Act as a strategic advisor and escalation point for supplier, commercial, and sourcing matters with potential enterprise impact
  • Support continuous improvement across procurement processes, tools, governance, and stakeholder engagement practices
  • Contribute to a client-focused, inclusive, and high-performance procurement culture that values collaboration, accountability, and measurable results
