We play a key part in developing and executing sourcing strategies that drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and long-term value across multiple spend categories. Partner with the best. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience with at least 3-4 years of experience with Strategic Sourcing
  • Category experience with electrical devices and components, PCBAs, Metallic and non-metallic parts.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, risk, and supplier performance across assigned categories.
  • This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and key stakeholders to ensure supply continuity, drive value creation, and support long-term business objectives.
  • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business and operational goals
  • Lead supplier sourcing, selection, negotiations, and contracting to achieve cost savings and value creation
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supply continuity and geopolitical exposure
  • Drive supplier performance management, including KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance on sourcing decisions
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) and change management initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, commodity indices, and total cost of ownership (TCO)
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards
  • Lead or support cost-reduction, productivity, and value-engineering initiatives
